Taraxicum pectinatum is also a native of Japan as well as T. arakii and T. hideoi (cf. March No.5) and its outer layer of the involucral bracts go straight upward as well, adhering to the inner involucral bracts. T. Pectinatum sometimes looks like T. arakii but it's not so difficult to tell it from the other because of the irregularity of leaf lobes.
