The Meteorological Agency has yet to announce the ending of the rainy season; in fact, the weather here has been, in most cases, cloudy with occasional rain, and vice versa, but once in a white, cloudy with a rare fair. Such being the case, I avoid strolling about in the forest, mountainside, etc., where significantly slippery, to protect myself and the camera along with lenses.
The lily, below, L. lancifoliun, I saw at a seacoast; it differs from L. leichtlinii f. pseudotigrinum in that the former bears a bulbil at the base of a leaf. The latter inhabits mountain districts, not forming bulbils at all. The most exciting stuff among the flowers blow, I came across this time, was the white-form Lythrum salicaria, occurring in a marsh at approximately 600m from sea level. I found that there wasn't a single listing, nor photo, on the internet, this might be one scarcely occur.

Lilium lancifolium / Oniyuri; it bears a bulbil at the base of a leaf, which characterizes this species. The background is the sea on a cloudy day.

Calosoma sp. / Hoobenitake

Calosoma sp., or, Hoobenitake in Japanese name, 1cm across, inhabiting moist shady part on a mountainside, caught my eyes on encountering, and I looked it enlarged through camera lenses. It fascinated me a lot, associating with Jupiter or something, giving a beauty I haven’t explored.
