On a revisit to the site for Neottia japonica, I took some close-up photos of the plant by connecting the camera to a macro lens via contact rings. Setting up the background was challenging because I wanted to avoid the brown color of the dead leaf, which covered much of the ground, appearing in the photos. (April 2)

A wetland is an amazing spot for exploring a bit of different plants, as you may have a chance to see some you haven't seen before. I saw the first two from the left. They are not new to me, though. The others are what I saw around the wetland. (April 22)
