Acer rufinerve, a
deciduous tree, making themselves erect 8-10m in height, with a
cross-section of 25-30cm in diameter. Branches are green with no
hairs. Leaves are opposite, the blades of which are fan-like
pentagons, 10-15cm in length, shallowly cleft in 3-5 lobes. The
central lobes are broad-triangular and significant, with pointed
margins with double serrations. Flowers are monoecious, occasionally
dioecious; set themselves ten to fifteen 8-10mm-in-diameter light
green to light yellow flowers. The inflorescences measure 5-10cm
long, with brown pubescent hairs. Male flowers are more extensive
than females, and petals are 5 in number, all spoon-shaped. Bloom
