Aeschynomene indica is
an annual herb growing to 0.5-1m tall in wetlands like rice paddies
or riversides. The backsides of the whitish leaves are of an even-pinnately
compound leaf with 20-30 pairs of linear-oblong leaflets. The
flowers are light yellow, approximately 1cm in length. Bloom time:
July-October.
