Boehmeria holosericea, a perennial plant in
rocky grounds, grows to 1-1.5m in height. Leaves are of opposite phyllotaxis, in the shape of an ovoid to circular, 15-26cm in
length, with tips abruptly becoming pointed, hairs on surfaces, and
serrations on margins. Male inflorescences set themselves below the
female ones. Bloom time: August-October.
