Cephalanthera falcata is a perennial orchid species
inhabiting deciduous tree forests, with stems and ridges measuring
30-70cm in height. Leaves, 5-10 in number, embrace branches at
bases, opposite, in the oblong shape, each 8-10cm in length. On the
shoot apexes, C. falcata sets 3-12 bright yellow flowers; on their
lips, there are some yellowish-brown ridges. Bloom time: April-June. |
