Chrysanthemum indicum var. maruyamanum /
Ottachikangiku オッタチカンギク
Chrysanthemum indicum var. maruyamanum is a perennial
herb that inhabits cliffs, rooting in crevices; it is endemic to a
small part of Shimane Prefecture. Leaves are smaller than their
original species, C. indicum, cleft halfway into three lobes. Outer
involucral bracts are linear, while C. indicum, they are in the
shape of an oblong. Bloom time: October-November.
