Cirsium suffultum is a perennial
herb with 50-80cm stems and sparse arachnoid hairs. Radical leaves
are still alive in flowering time, in the shape of an oblong-like
lanceolate, 30-40cm long, with 2-5mm long spines at tips.
Approximately 4.5cm in diameter, the flower heads are singly
attached to branch tips. Bloom time: September-November.
