Crinum asiaticumis
an evergreen perennial inhabiting sandy coasts; leaves measure
30-70cm long and 4-10cm wide, with tips pointed, thick, glossy,
bases vaginate, embracing bulbs. Scapes are thick, growing to
50-80cm in height, and set many fragrant white flowers in an umbel
way. Bloom time: July-September.
