Damnancanthus indicus ssp.
major is an evergreen shrub growing in an evergreen forest
with a height of 50-100cm. The branch alternatively arranges a large
and a small pair of opposite leaves. On stems, there are sharp
thorns, which are shorter than half of a plate, making a clear
difference from another sub-species, D. indicus ssp. indicus. Bloom
time: April-May. |
