Justicia procumbens
is an annual herb generally found on roadsides and similar habitats,
reaching 10-40cm in height. Its oval leaves exhibit opposite
phyllotaxis, and the leaves measure 2-5cm in width. The flowers are
lip-shaped, 8mm long, densely bloom in a spike, and are light
red-purple. Two stamens on the upper lip are prominent. Bloom time:
August-October. |
