Justicia procumbens
is an annual herb generally found on roadsides and the like,10-40cm
in height; its oval leaves are of opposite phyllotaxis, 2-5cm in
width. The flowers are lip-shaped, 8mm long, densely bloom in a
spike, and light red-purple. Two stamens on an upper lip are
prominent. Bloom time: August-October.
