Ligularia euodon
is a perennial that grows to 1-2m and inhabits
wetlands or streamsides in the mountain recesses. Its leaves are 35
cm long, have long petioles, and are shaped like a heart. Stem tops
bear inflorescences, in which yellow flowers bloom in order from the
bottom upward. Bloom time is July to September.
