Moehringia lateriflora
is a perennial of 5-20cm in grasslands or roadsides in mountainous
regions, with stems with hairs facing downward and branches at the
upper portions. Leaves are of opposite phyllotaxis, oblong to
long-oblong, 1-2cm in length; three veins are prominent on them, and
fine hairs exist on both surfaces - the top and bottom. Flowers are
white, 5-petaled, and 1cm in diameter. Bloom time: June-August. |
