The plants in the pictures here seem to
include some invasive or an unknown new species, as a kind person
pointed out to me. I will take time to see.
Patrinia villosa / Otokoeshi オトコエシ
Patrinia villosa is
a perennial found in sunny mountain valleys, growing to 0.6-1m in
height. Leaves are opposite, pinnately cleft in oval-like oblong
lobes; the one on the top is the biggest. Many white flowers come in
scattered inflorescences and bloom in August-October.
