Persicaria thunbergii var. oreophila is
an annual height of 30-100cm, found in forests in hilly districts,
the stems erect, with prickles downwards. Leaves are alternate, oval
triangles and 5-8cm in length. Three to eight flowers come in the
inflorescences that emerged from branch tops, perianths white. Bloom
time: August-October.
