Pertya glabrescens is a small shrub inhabiting dried portions of forests in mountainous regions, measuring 60-90cm in height. White flower heads set themselves in the center of bundled leaves on slender, two-year-old branches. One-year-old branches with oval leaves bear no flowers. Bloom time: August-October.
