Platanthera mandarinorum var. brachycentron is
a perennial orchid inhabiting a sunny grassland, erecting upward,
20-40cm tall. The leaf in the lowest, narrow oblong, or
linear-oblong shape, is incomparably more prominent than the others,
measuring 5-11cm in length. Flowers come in light yellow-green in a
raceme, the spur lengthening backward. At times, they may, in shape,
associate with Platanthera
nipponica. Bloom
