Rubus buergeri is an evergreen small vine shrub occurring
in forest edges or floors in fields and mountains or the coasts.
Leaves are of alternate phyllotaxis, blades being orbicular, 5-10cm
both in length and width, shallowly cut in 3-5, margins having
dentate serrations that grow to beards. Flowers, white, set
themselves on leaf axils or branch tops, 5-10 together in a bundle
way. Petals measure 7-8mm, approximately the same as sepals. Bloom
time: September-October. |
