Sanguisorba tenuifolia var. parviflora is
a perennial, 60-130cm in height, found in damp grasslands or
wetlands. Leaflets measure 2-3 cm long, in the shape of a linear,
and spikes are 2-7cm long, cylindrical; flowers are white to light
red, with projecting filaments about two times as long as sepals.
Bloom time: August-October.
