Sanicula
chinensis is a perennial herb occurring in forests in
mountainous regions, with stems 30-80cm in height. Leaves divide
themselves in three; the lateral leaflets cleft themselves in two
afresh. Stem apexes bear small umbels, set bisexual flowers in the
center, and stamen around them. Bloom time: July-September.
