Tephroseris integrifolius ssp. Kirilowii is a perennial
plant that occurs in dry/moist grasslands or on the embankment
slopes of rice paddies. The stems stand 20-65cm, with dense
arachnoid hairs on the lower parts. Radical leaves, several in
number, form a rosette; each being in the shape of an oblong, 5-10cm
long and 1.5-2.5cm wide, with uneven serrations and arachnoid hairs
on both sides, becoming gradually narrower toward the bases with
short leafstalks. On-stem leaves are few; their upper parts have
pointed tips, and the lower ones embrace the stems. Head flowers,
3-9, are yellow, with 1.5-5mm-long peduncles. |
