Utricularia yakusimensis
is an insectivorous plant growing in marshes; rhizomes sparsely set
insectivorous sacs on them. Leaves are narrowly spoon-shaped. Flower
stems grow to 5-15cm in height, and put 1-4 3-4mm-in-diameter light
purple flowers with some scale-like leaves on them. Bloom time:
August-September. |
