Phedimus aizoon var. floribundus
is a perennial herb, the height of 20-50cm, inhabiting sandy soil or
rocks in coastal arias or, grasslands or forest edges in mountainous
regions. Leaves are of alternate phyllotaxis, the shape ranging from
broad-ovobate to broad-oblanceolate, with obtuse serrations on upper
half of the margins. The stem tops bear
ternate cymes with many yellow flowers with
five petals. Bloom time: May-August. |
