Bupleurum stenophyllum is a 30-70cm tall perennial herb
occurring on seashores to grasslands in mountainous regions. Leaves
measure 4-15cm long, forming a linear to long lanceolate. Branch
tips emerge small compound umbels and set small yellow flowers in
them. Involucral bracts and involucels are slender and short. The
fruit is approximately 3mm long and spherical, and the ridges are
somewhat solid in vein type. Bloom time: August-October. |
