Cryptotaenia japonica, a
perennial herb 30-80cm tall, occurs in damp places like forest-
floors or edges; stems erect and branch at upper parts. Leaves are
of a ternate compound leaf; the leaflets are oval, with pointed tips
and margins with double serrations. Branch sparsely emerge compound
umbels with small white flowers; as peduncles are long and short,
the inflorescences do not shape like an umbrella. Bloom time:
April-May. |
