Cerastium holosteoides var.
hallaisanense is a biennial of 15-30cm in height, growing on
roadsides or in fields, having short hairs throughout. Stems
generally tinge in dark purple, and leaves are 1-4cm in length, in
the shape of an ovate to long-oblong. Flowers, white, are sparsely
set, and peduncles are relatively long. Capsules are 8mm long and
cylindrical, and the tips cleft in ten. Bloom time: April-June. |
