Hemerocallis fulva var. disticha is
a perennial herb generally found in damp places like paths between
paddies, ditch edges, banks of ponds, etc. The whole is more petite
than Hemerocallis fulva var. kwanso; leaves are small, 1-1.5cm in
width. Flower stalks measure 70-90cm in height; the flowers, ranging
from orange-red to red-brown, are approximately 7cm in diameter,
with 3-4cm long floral tubes. Bloom time: July-August. |
