Solidago virgaurea var. asiatica f. albescens/
Shirobanaakinokirinsou シロバナアキノキリンソウ
One day in early November of
2020, I strolled in part of a low hill near the sea, where
Solidago virgaurea var. asiatica, a yellow-flowered species,
sporadically occurred along the trail. Among them, I found a single
white-flowered variety, and I never saw it being; as they say,
albinism rarely occurs with yellow flowers. Bloom time:
August-November.
