Corydalis pallida var. pallida is a biennial herb,
15-40cm in height, with no hairs, inhabiting sunny parts of lowland
areas in mountainous regions. Leaves are mono- to bipinnate compound
leaves, with broad-ovate leaflets deep cleft in and incisions on
margins. Approximately 2-5cm long raceme-like inflorescences arise
with about 2cm long yellow flowers. The capsules are linear, around
2cm, with somewhat thin or fat parts. Bloom time: April-July. |
