Sedum subtile is a perennial herb inhabiting damp/wet
rocks along valleys, forming colonies. The leaves are of alternate
phyllotaxis, each upper part broad linear, 5-20mm long, and 2-3mm
wide. Sedum subtile bears cymose inflorescence with many
five-petal yellow flowers at the terminal; sepals are five, broadly
linear, with obtuse ends, green, and shorter than petals. The petals
are five, narrow, lanceolate, approximately 5mm long, and the ends
sharply pointed. Bloom time: May-June. |
