Solanum maximowiczi is
a perennial vine inhabiting forest edges. Leaves are long oblong, or
obovate, tips tapering to ball-points, with no serrations on
margins. Flowers, light purple, rarely white, set themselves in
cymose inflorescences. Sap fruit, spherical, ripens in red. Bloom
time: August-September.
